Meg DeClerck is a Senior level instructor (E-RYT) with over a decade of teaching and unending study of both the classical traditions and modern Yoga forms.  A recipient of certification from Manju Jois (son of the founder of Ashtanga Yoga, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois), 200hr certification from Fred Busch and Paul Toliuszis in Miami (2003-2004) and 500hr in Northern India with Kailash Tribal School under Yogi Sivadas.  In addition Meg has studied Advaita Vedanta in San Francisco at the SF Vedanta Center under Swami Prabuddhananda and has continued study of Ajikan, seated meditation of Shingon Buddhism upon visiting Koyosan, Japan in the Spring of 2014.

Meg will commence 200hr and 300hr Yoga Alliance accreditated Teacher certification courses in the beginning of 2016 at her new studio on Isla Mujeres, Mexico.

Megs concentrations today include Sanskrit, Adjustments without injury, Practice without injury, Physical Alignment, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha/Classical Yoga, Restorative, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Shingon Buddhism, Advaita Vedanta, Hinduism, Buddhism, Harmonium, Sitar and Meditation.  

Meg has taught in Costa Rica, Guatemala, Haiti, Mexico, USA, India and on the Seas.

Throughout 2016-2017, Meg will be offering and hosting Group Classes (English & Spanish), Private Classes, Teacher Training Certification programs, Lectures, Concerts, Kids Yoga/Yoga para Niños, Workshops/Intensives at her studio in downtown Isla Mujeres.
